Today's dinner: a grilled mackerel etc

Today I cooked the Japanese style pork belly with various veggies. The other day my friend brought the pork belly to my house and it was delicious. Firstly I boiled the pork with jinger and scallion for one and half hour and removed fat from pork belly. I followed my mother's way.

Mommy, hurry, hurry. My younger daughter rushed me to serve #curryrice

Today I have cleared all left over food from the last Sunday.

Made #sushi for dinner. I can't remember when my elder one started to eat sushi. Now she really loves it.

Ready for the weekend party with 6 people. We couldn't wait for it this week😊Eventually I forgot to take pictures of food. Three mommies kept on chatting such as children's study, long spring break and food preference etc. Starting at 1 :30 pm. Ending at 7 pm😂

Mommy, can you make a rice omlet today? My elder one asked me. Although my plan was other recipe, I followed her order.

We invited a fiend and held the candle home party.

Fish Fish Fish, today's dinner is fish. My daughters were dissapointed to see a cooked fish in the plate. Tonight I have cooked #redsnapper #shimesaba #しめさば. I love shimesaba which is vinegared mackerel. Normally we have it with soysauce. But I prefer to eat it without seasoning. I had expected my daughters didn't like it. It was correct as my elder one didn't like it. But surprisingly my younger one liked it. So we shared it. I think children's preference is the most difficult to guess😂

Today I went to the #arabstreet and bought #turkish candle holders and small plates. I will decorate the table with these items. This afternoon, it was heavy rain. I rushed in buying these. The shop guy guided me very friendly and recommended me the expensive lights. Unlike his wish, I decided to buy small items. At that time, I was worried about the weather. It was almost rainy and I didn't listen to him carefully. Eventually four items are 40 sgd and after rushing to MRT, I noticed I had paid tourist prices😂

We just finnished dinner. Today I had invited my friend's family of three. I haven't allowed my daughters to wake up after 9 pm so far. But today I let them wake up after 9 pm and just now they slept at11pm. Today was a special day. I made #pizza #oshizushi #beafsteak etc. It was fun.
